Returns Policy

‘Mosley’s Flower’s’ wants to ensure that you are absolutely satisfied when you shop with us. Each order is uniquely inspected and packaged by hand to ensure accuracy and to maintain the highest standards of quality.

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours or two (2) business days after payment is verified.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your products.

All items need to be return back to our facility, before any exchange or refund can be processed. Unfortunately, shipping fees are also non-refundable.

If you are returning a product due to a defect, we will be happy to ship your replacement free of charge. We will process your refund or exchange after receiving your returned shipment.
